All candles and related products are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product details, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect exact colors or finishes.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including limitations on quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times are typically 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen packages. We will assist with claims when possible but cannot guarantee carrier outcomes.

5. Returns & Damages

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We only replace items that arrive damaged. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof of damage and packaging.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for scent preference, minor variations, or used products.

6. Candle Safety Disclaimer

Candles are open-flame products and must be used responsibly. By purchasing, you agree to follow standard candle safety guidelines, including:

  • Never leaving a burning candle unattended

  • Keeping candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials

  • Burning on a heat-safe surface

  • Discontinuing use when ½ inch of wax remains

We are not liable for misuse or unsafe handling of our products.
