Are your candles safe for indoor use?

Yes. Our candles are made with a coconut soy wax blend and high-quality fragrance oils, designed to burn cleanly and safely when used according to our candle care instructions.

How strong are the fragrances?

Our candles are designed to provide a balanced fragrance that fills the room without being overpowering. Creating a warm, comforting atmosphere that works well in living rooms, bedrooms, and relaxation spaces.

How long will my candle burn?

Burn time depends on the size of the candle, but most of our candles burn for approximately 30–50 hours with proper candle care. 

How long do tealight candles burn?

Our tealight candles typically burn for approximately 1–2 hours depending on the environment and how the candle is cared for. For the best burn experience, place the tealight on a heat-safe surface and allow the wax to melt evenly across the top during each use.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

We carefully package each candle to protect it during shipping. If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will gladly help resolve the issue.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. Customer orders take 2-4 weeks. 

Are your candle jars reusable?

Yes! Our ceramic and glass vessels are designed to be reused or repurposed once the candle is finished. Simply remove any remaining wax and clean the container.

Are your candles good for gifts?

Absolutely. Our candles make beautiful and thoughtful gifts for birthdays, housewarmings, holidays, and special occasions.

How can I get the best burn from my candle?

For the best experience:
• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn
• Allow the wax to fully melt across the surface on the first burn
• Avoid burning longer than 4 hours at a time

Is this candle limited stock?

Many of our candles are hand-poured in small batches, so availability may be limited once a batch sells out.
